You don't always get to choose your clients when working in an agency setting, and Robinhood was one of those assignments. This account ended up being one of the biggest learning opportunities that Emily had during her time at Kyra.
Between incredibly restrictive brand guidelines, limitations from the client's Legal & Compliance team, online animosity against the company, and SEC regulations, creating interesting content was a huge creative challenge. Despite the challenges, Emily's content took Robinhood's TikTok following from 40,000 to 160,000 within a year.
